Dave was very fast at preparing and sending us our blueprints. He also responds quickly to any emails or phone calls. He brought our forever home design(hand drawn) to a professional reality(blueprints) with his creativity. We needed a Res-check for our code department to progress with our building permit, and he got it right out to me and the code officer via email. While we just recently got our permit and getting the ground work started, I'm confident that if we need to make any changes we can communicate them to Dave and he will work with us.
