Xiomara and her team were fantastic to work with, from start to finish. They were always completely professional, and accurate with their projections of timelines, deliverables, and expectations. Xiomara was friendly and open to all of our requests - she listened to what we wanted out of our project and did everything possible to make it happen. And she was upfront and honest when things could not be done. Her work is very thorough and buttoned up so that the town and our contractors had everything they needed upfront from the plans provided by Paredes-Grube. We are thrilled with the final designs and results and I cannot recommend them enough, they are a stellar team to work with.

Xiomara and her team are exceptional professionals. We have done three different projects with her architecture firm, all three projects were extensive and largely improved the value of our home. Most importantly, her proposed additions/changes gave us wonderful spaces to enjoy in our day-to-day life. These spaces are our absolute favorite living areas in the house. Xiomara carefully listens to your needs and wishes; then she is not afraid of letting you know what is realistic and what would actually work best for your space. We kept going back to her over these years because we truly believe her work is valuable. Her designs blend seamlessly with our home architecture and you would never know otherwise. After a tree crushed our garage we hired Paredes-grube to design our new garage as well as a patio/fireplace outdoor living space. We have a very complex property so this involved applying for variances and many steps to have this approved. Xiomara and her staff provided professional knowledge and so much attention to detail to help us through this process.
