They were accommodating and quick to solve any problems that occurred. The process for a homeowner to choose a competent roofer can make them feel uncertain about who to choose, but after meeting with Flores & Foley representatives, it became very clear who we felt comfortable and confident with to put on our new roof. From the initial estimate visit, Kevin did a great job explaining the job and the materials to be used and allowing us to make a decision without being an assertive salesman. Philip was a great project manager, taking care of problems as they arose and keeping the project on schedule. Alex and his crew did a fantastic job, cleaning up around the house every day before they left and being careful of all landscaping. We could not be more pleased with the whole process during the job and the new roof looks great.

Flores & Foley recently replaced shingles for my home as well as my mothers. For my home, we were able to take advantage of the NCIUA Fortified Roof program. Kevin guided me through every aspect of applying for the grant and getting approved. Phillip was the foreperson I worked with and he was great. We had open communication throughout the whole process. He even stopped by during the weekend to ensure that we were prepared for a passing tropical storm. Great company to work with.
