He had all the answers and explanations to our questions and needs. The service package we got includes way more for less money and than we had previously been paying with another company. Our previous company dropped the ball across the board and everything you wanted to add on was an additional price. By switching to Aptive, we were able to save money and get more. We appreciated Charles' knowledge, passion and honesty when being told what to expect with Aptive as provider. He's big on customer service and making you feel heard. It's evident his years of experience have led him to represent Aptive for their commitment to promises in providing quality pest control. Solid communication is this company's priority. He sent us out a technician that also communicated well and was on time. The gentleman, Rondell, was more thorough walking our property and checking all the boxes that Charles promised than our previous pest company had ever done. They use the industry's best products that are also safe for our family and pets. We're encouraged to reach out directly and get them to revisit between scheduled appointments upon request so that's a bonus. Aptive has set a new standard for us to expect and we really feel protected.

Out experience today was above and beyond. But the best part was Henry ,he did an amazing job with the cleaning and spray service that he did from using the sprayer to the brush pole on the eaves on top of being extremely respectful and quick to respond to ANY question or concern we had . Super thorough and professional! Highly recommend! 10/10.
