Guardian did a great job from start to finish. Communication was good, they did exactly what they said they’d do, and it was done in a timely and professional manner. We reused much of our existing cement tiles, and their selection of a (nearly) matching tile and the way “old and new” were installed made for a very nice end-product. I would use them again and will recommend them to others.

In my experience, Guardian Roofs did an excellent job on my roofing repair. They are what every contractor should strive to be like. They assessed the problem correctly and their scope of work accurately spelled out exactly what they were going to do. Most importantly, they then did exactly what they said they were going to do plus they did it ahead of schedule and on budget.
