Very good. The service is great. For the quality you get, I think it's excellent. I have ordered so many times using delivery but this I ordered by walking into the store. Staff wears masks. That's good for customers. Clean. And I love the variety of sandwiches. And the hot sandwiches I highly recommend, and they will customize for you. I do like sandwiches have 3 different sizes for perfect for kids or people with heartier appetites.
I just had probably the best fast food / fast casual customer service experience ever at this firehouse!!! Mary was so good and polite it makes me want to come back. Overall this is the best run firehouse I have ever been in....hands down. As I sit here eating my sub, Mary is putting smiles on other people’s faces as well. Good job Mary and team!!!
Jr has good customer service I switch my order several times and not once he got mad he should be a Mgr very respectful glad you all have him here.
