Love this company. Pulse is super easy and convenient to use. Inexpensive and reliable. I love that I can turn my alarm on and off when out of town for my neighbor to go in and take care of my animals. I don't have to give out my code but can still be protected. Also have the ring video doorbell and I don't know how I lived without it all this time. No one has attempted to break into our vehicles since we got it, which is a common occurrence where I live. Just having the camera in view stopped the break ins.

Recently had Excellent telephone customer service by Alan and Excellent in-home service by Joseph K. to repair an annoying failure to communicate code and a fire trouble alert problem, from a long-time customer of 18 years!! ADT continues to please and service efficiently and very timely!!

ADT has great quality equipment and our technician Josh was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly with setting up our system and educating us on how to use it. Thanks Josh and ADT!!!
