ADT Security Services

I have had mixed experiences with ADT in the past but I felt it necessary to leave this review for Mr. Jamie Christian who is the new district sales manager in this area. He reached out to me in an email asking what can ADT do to win my business. I already had an ADT system installed but was having a few issues which were not being resolved when calling customer service. I replied to Jamie's email and listed the three issues I was having. Without hesitation he called me, gathered all the information then went out and solved all the issues (some of which were not in his area) and gave me a month's monitoring fee credit. It was the best customer service I have ever experienced with ADT and I have been with them for 22 years.

As Florida’s population continues to increase, so does crime, particularly violent crime, including breaking and entering. We highly recommend Jill Stephens of ADT Orlando for all of your Central Florida home security needs.

Leandro Hernandez was AWESOME! You can tell he is very passionate about what he does. I felt like he cared about the safety of my clients. I recommend him to anyone looking for security services!!
