Comlocks Customer service is always above and beyond but on this case I can’t get over how much they did for us. We needed a safe lock changed out and it was one they didn’t have the correct part for. They called the safe company got all the information for us to have the safe company send us the lock we needed! Rex, Santie and David have all been here for other fixes and I can’t applaud Comlock enough… those are some valuable workers that you don’t find much these days!

Steve and company are experts in their industry. He is a great guy to work with. Theres no high pressure sales. He listens to his client's requests and recommends what is needed for the project. The service techs are knowledgeable and well prepared. There's a lot of difficult security vendors that I've dealt with in the past. Comlock is very responsive and has always been there for all our projects.

We have been using their services as lock smiths for several years and are always highly satisfied with their expertise and the quality of their service. We have recently also begun to use their Spectrum branch to do repairs on our alarm system and have been happy with that service as well.
