Excellent experience and smooth installation process. There was an inconvenience with scheduling my installation appointment but manager Ben called to apologize and received a credit towards my equipment. Technician Vidal was very professional and explained in detail the installation process.
Joey took such great care of us and addressed all of our concerns. I really feel that he along with the rest of the Vivint team went beyond the call of duty to take care of our home security needs.
