The operator located the lid to the tank then dug it out with a shovel. He pumped the tank to his specialized truck and thoroughly rinsed the tank. He restored the lid to its proper position and returned the soil that had been removed.

Young technician showed up on time, had work finished in reasonable time, put sod from digging back in place neatly and cleaned up work area. Couldn't ask for better. Will recommend to neighbors.
