Cruse Pumping & Backhoe Service, Inc.

Needed my septic pumped out prior to large gathering for Thanksgiving. Cruse came out with one day notice at a very busy time. Sam our technician was very bright, cordial and considerate. He backed his truck up during the pumping service to allow my aged father to access the garage when returning from running errands. Sam had to disconnect his hoses , back the truck up then reconnect. Mr. Cruse has a very valuable employee that gives his company a great deal of goodwill with his professionalism, demeanor and courtesy. This was my third service in the last 10 years from Cruse Septic. Always very satisfied.

Called in the morning, needing my septic tank pumped out. Got here same day I called and was completely affordable. Excellent service from Paul and the guy he sent out to my place to pump my tank, think his name was kevin was also respectful and courteous. Definitely will be calling them again.

They came and pumped my aerobic system. They were on time and the guy knew what he was doing. I will use them again.
