We had an emergency issue with our septic on a Sunday. I left emails with three companies, Water Masters was the only one to respond right away. Frank was on site quickly to analyze what needed to be done & suggested adding risers to eliminate excavation in the future for pump outs. His communication & service was great, timely and professionally done. Pricing was very fair. Even sent me a video of cleaning out the problem we had! They’re in my contact list for the future & I’ll pass their name on to others. Highly recommend.

So grateful for Frank and Josh. I have had a few different people out to service our lift station/ejector pit. None of them had the knowledge or expertise that these guys had. They were out the same day and quickly solved the problem. If you have a lift station/ejector pit, you need to know about these guys.

Not enough room to say how wonderful they were! Frank had it under control and serviced my septic so quickly and returned the property to excellent condition when finished. We are so glad we called him and hope more folks are lucky enough to have them also. Lots of companies out there to choose from, it's like winning the lottery.
