Artessa is a wonderful place to call home. One of my favorite things about living here is the office staff. They genuinely care about the residents and do the best they can with the resources they’re given, especially when it comes to hosting the monthly resident events that help bring the community together. Shay is fairly new to the team, but she already feels like family. She is incredibly helpful, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist residents. Like any apartment community, there are both pros and cons. However, I’ve found that many of the negative reviews don’t always tell the full story. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The maintenance team does a great job—while there can occasionally be a wait for service, once they arrive, the work is completed efficiently and effectively. Don’t let a few negative reviews steer you away. Come see Artessa for yourself—it’s truly a great place to live and a community I’m happy to call home.

The best complex to move to a 10 out of 10 stars the women in the office are truly amazing and made it so easy and fun to want to move in…. We love it here and will be staying for a while!!!!.

ENCLAVE AT ARROWHEAD APARTMENT HOMES REVIEWS

This review is long overdue; we moved out of this community a year ago after living there for four years and we only moved because we needed more space for our growing family. We first moved into a one-bedroom apartment on this property and honestly it was such a great experience. Beautiful property, well maintained, in a great area. They respond to maintenance requests quickly. After we had our first baby we decided to move into a townhome in the same community, I will say we had issues with this unit, probably because it was older but overall, they fixed all the issues quickly and we enjoyed living there for two years. We had a balcony facing the Peoria Sports Complex and we could watch the fireworks right from our apartment. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. I had a great time living on this property and recommend it to others looking for apartments.

I have lived here for four years, recently moving from a one bedroom to a two bedroom, and it was been wonderful. Jessica and Megan in the front office are fantastic! They made my the move into my new unit an easy process. I also need to give a HUGE shout-out to Arnold!! He is the BEST making sure everything is PERFECT! I really appreciate everything he has done to ensure my apartment meets my very high standards!.

I’ve stayed here at Enclave for the past year and have had nothing but positive experiences. Jessica and Brittany have been very kind and helpful with any we’ve needed. The grounds are beautifully kept, nice amenities and all our neighbors are quiet and peaceful. We’re renewing our lease and would like to thank you for making this a great place to call home!.

CORTLAND AT P83 REVIEWS

Cortland is most definitely held together and kept in high standings because of the people that work there… specifically the maintenance guys who usually go unnoticed . Any time ive ever had an issue, they are all super friendly and extremely helpful. My guy Matt is always up early making everything is working correctly, maintaining a clean environment, and never greets you with anything less the a smile…. I just honestly appreciate him and his team.

I am living here for not than 2 years and love this place. Last month I moved from my 1 bed apartment to 2 beds one and have some troubles as there was a change in management in the same time of my moving. Myannah from leasing office team took upon herself to help me with all issues with polite and very nice attitude and she was very patient. Thank you Myannah.

I just moved into these apartments and Myannah was a huge help with my whole move in and application process ! Everyone in the front office is so sweet and helpful! Highly suggest renting here!.
