TOP 3 SCOTT SELL - THOMAS, COON, NEWTON & FROST REVIEWS
I hired Scott for my disability claim with SSA. He and his staff, Susan and Erin, were professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. My claim involved difficult issues and required 2 court appearances, but Scott understood the legal issues and was confident in his understanding of the legal basis on how the judge would rule. I cannot recommend Scott, his staff, and his firm enough for their excellent legal services and how it has made a profound positive impact on my life and the life of my family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Scott!
Being an attorney myself, I have high standards for an attorney whom I choose to represent me. Scott and his staff were extremely professional, very responsive, and thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Sell to anyone looking for representation is a disability case. I am extremely pleased with both his representation in the case and my result.
Scott took over my case when the case went to federal court and he was amazing. He was able to complete and win our case after an 8 year battle in the courts. Susan and Erin were amazing assistants in gathering all additional information and communications. Both Scott and the firm are highly recommended.

TOP 3 BRIAN SCOTT WAYSON - CASCADIA DISABILITY LAW LLC REVIEWS
I contacted Brian to see if he could straighten out a mess that another attorney had left me with. I left a message for him to return my call at his earliest convenience. As this was towards the end of the week, I didn't expect to hear back until the following Monday or so. You can imagine my surprise when Brian returned my call on a Sunday. I don't expect anyone to return a business call during the week-end. Brian listened to my problem & explained to me what needed to be done to respond to this situation. So far I have not had the pleasure of meeting with Brian in person, but I am very impressed with his knowledge, advise & the fact that he returned my call as promptly as he did. That was a refreshing change from my previous attorneys office. Thank you Brian.
Brian, thank you for a very thorough response to my question about Social Security Numbers. I appreciate, not only the advice, but the helpful links to government sites to read more about this timely issue. I did not expect an answer so quickly and I do appreciate it! I would recommend you to anyone in Portland OR who may have a legal question or need help. Most importantly I appreciate the SERVICE that you provided to me--a member of the general public. Thank you very much!!
Brian gave an excellent response to a question I had with social security, and with his response, it has given me a solid foundation in which, to pursue my appeal with them (SSDI) for an error they admitted to making after I discovered it and provided proof. Thanks Brian.

TOP 3 KEVIN S KERR - KERR, ROBICHAUX & CARROLL REVIEWS
I had an appalling time with the attorney I had prior to Mr. Kerr for reasons too numerous to list here. I came to Mr. Kerr after 5 years of fighting to win my case and having almost lost hope of it ever being resolved. SSD apparently had said (this was conveyed to me by my old attorney) that my case was very difficult and would take a very long time because I had lived abroad in the U.K. from age 23-29, all of my working years. During that 5 years, before finding Kevin, despite my repeated questioning no one was able to so much as tell me even roughly how much money to expect should I win, only that it may be substantially less than usual (they couldn't really say what usual is) because I had lived abroad. It felt impossible to so much as get basic information from my attorney or SSD about anything at all and my old attorney did not seem to care in the slightest or want to help in the least. I finally went to Kevin and suddenly everything seemed easy. He did his job in a professional and competent manner gathering without any assistance from my previous attorney(who had not done anything anyway), everything needed to win my case, including all of my numerous medical records. He efficiently did all the jobs that my previous attorney had argued with me for so long about doing and within 3 months of hiring Kevin, he had won my case for me. I am more thankful to him than he could ever possibly imagine for his support and I am so grateful that I found him when I did.
Kerr Robichaux & Carroll were a huge and wonderful support for me during the very challenging time of applying, and waiting for, SSD benefits. I truly appreciated their team of legal assistants and lawyers. They treated me with respect and kindness , and dealt with my situation, and case, with wisdom and skillfulness. The SSD system feels very dehumanizing, but Kerr Robichaux & Carroll helped me feel cared about and like I mattered!
Kevin helped me get my settlement for ssdi. I was awarded all my back pay for a period between 2009-2012. And know that I can't work any longer is getting me ssdi permanently. I would recommend them to anyone needing help.
