Body & Soul Retreat

I have been coming here for over 6 years now and absolutely love it. I have been to other spas, but Body and Soul has the atmosphere and expertise that I want when I relax. I am a big believer in Pre-natal massages. Both of my babies were so amazing when born and now even as one is a toddler. I had a massage at least every month during my second and third trimesters. I am not 100% sure that is why both of my children are excellent sleepers and just all around happy children, but if I was ever to have another one, you could be sure i would not miss my monthly prenatal massage.

My husband and I have been members for several years now. We have never been disappointed with the services provided at Body and Soul Retreat. This last time was no different however my therapist Naomi was extraordinary. She was able to provide me with 45 minutes of pure ZEN. I have a medical condition that prohibits me from any peace of mind. For the first time I can say that Naomi gave me 45 minutes of peace and I am forever grateful. I am looking forward to the next session with Naomi.

I highly recommend! Dr. G has really been helping me and we’re only 2 sessions in. I look forward to the acupuncture, massage, & cupping. I have noticed the difference already. The results speak in volumes! My sleep has improved and my body is feeling better!
