I had a wonderful experience working with Spherion. I had the pleasure of working with Darin who worked with me throughout the entire recruiting process. Darin went into depth explaining the potential matches that Spherion had for me. Through our conversations, we were able to narrow down matches which I was great match for and that I found to be exciting. Darin was incredibly responsive and was genuinely interested in which matches I found to be the most appealing. We were quickly able to focus in on my top prospect and quickly began the interview process. Within a few weeks I had completed my interview process and was hired as a brewer at Octopi Brewing.
