10 Federal Self Storage

I didn’t realize I needed a gate code to get in/out and today, my friends were unloading a trailer into my unit for me but couldn’t get in. I called customer service and literally spent less than 3 minutes on the phone with them setting up my code. Ebony was amazingly helpful and kind!.

Awesome facility. It Is one of the best in Springfield, by far. Amazing staff both on the phone and in person. Wonderful security and safety.

Gianna or Kianna whomever helped me was way nicer than Micheal whom I spoke with right before . She was kind and helpful.
