Yesterday I had to close out my storage container after thinking it had been closed weeks ago due to a mistake. Jan the manager was very kind and quickly helped me with my issue. Even when I showed up a little late she didn’t mind and was nice and sweet. When you have a business that treats you well and has people like Jan also, it makes you want to come back. If I ever need storage again it will be CubeSmart.

Jane I believe her name was very pleasant over the phone answered all my questions. The delight in her voice literally had me smiling thru the phone and to meet her in person was even more of a delight very pleasant and knowledgeable. Customer service is definitely an A+.

I had a great time working with Jan. I actually ended up not renting for very long, but would highly recommend this location for your storage needs due to her exceptional service and kindness. Thanks, Jan! Happy New Year.
