Extra Space Storage Lancaster

Never had to rent a storage before but with times being hard for families and uprooted and displaced, this process can be very heavy. However, Tanisha made it such a smooth transition which created a sense of peace in our situation Very helpful and honest the, customer service she provided is hard to come by these days. I recommend Tanisha at the Lancaster facility.

Great check-in process--smooth and easy. Tanisha the manager was helpful and friendly. She was wonderfully upfront about the temporary promotional rates. Now, I won't get stuck suddenly with a larger bill that I didn't budget for. I've always had good experiences with Extra Space Storage and this location is no exception.
