SmartStop Self Storage Lancaster

I went to checkout the spaces and was shown around by Phoebe. She was such an amazing light. I was already feeling down, and she totally lifted my spirits. She has the best customer service and made this alot easier than expected! Give this woman a raise! She's definitely a great asset to this company! Great pic smart stop.

As I move out today I will miss Phoebe and Aaron as they were so patient with me when making payments and visiting the site. If I ever need storage again I will definitely be back at SmartStop!! Thank You so much.

Phoebe was great!!! She understood the assignment!!! The storage units themselves had so much rat poo in it!(after my move out) Please do better with those entire units.
