iStorage Self Storage Mobile

The manager of the site on Halls Mill road in Mobile, that young lady is very professional. she always have a smile on her face, or if I'm speaking with her over the phone she has a very pleasant voice. I paid a visit to my storage unit one day and I did not properly lock it back. While performing their daily check of all doors to see if they are locked properly, she and her security team discovered that mines was not. This awesome young lady kept calling me and leaving messages and would not stop until she spoke to me. Great job. Thank you so very much. Ms Verne

My experience today was very good. Jillian was so helpful to get all of my lease agreement in order and completed. She also took the time to personally walk out and show me the space, the doors and we checked the gate code before she left me. She did a great job

Great customer service in the office. Very helpful with details of payment options. Storage unit was clean and so was the property.
