Robin provided a truly exceptional service. Right from the moment I entered the building, she warmly welcomed me and guided me throughout the entire process. She patiently showed me the 10*15 space I eventually rented, ensuring I understood every step involved. Robin meticulously explained the rental and insurance agreement, leaving no details uncovered. I received a clear schedule for accessing my unit, along with my access code, building, and space number. Additionally, she thoughtfully provided both printed and email copies of the rental and insurance agreement. Finally, Robin went above and beyond to ensure my gate access code was working perfectly. It was an absolute pleasure to have Robin’s assistance, and I’m grateful for the wonderful experience she provided.

Megan was awesome and so was everyone else. We had a little glitch trying to get the lock on my unit but Megan was a trooper and very sweet. She told me she wants to be a manager at her own location somewhere and she is a very valuable employee in my opinion. She will succeed and she is definitely an asset to the storage facility. Everybody was super nice and helpful. Very pleasant experience.

I come in not knowing what size unit to get for my daughter. Leslie was extremely patient and kind showing me multiple units until we finally found the right size. The property was very clean and well maintained as well.
