Life Storage Cedar Rapids

Went into the office to get signed up and the customer service was great, they were incredibly friendly and explained everything clearly. One of the two employees said she was still in training but I wouldn't have known if she hadn't told me because she did great. The 'one way drive through' set up is super convenient and the elevator is spacious, and free carts so you don't have to bring your own. Super thankful that my moving process is going to be so much easier now.

Krystle was such an amazing help! She had answers for all my questions and was easily the reason I chose this facility over others I was looking at! Also the units here are fantastic and I would highly recommend using Life Storage if you need to store anything in the near or far future.

The lady that helped me I think her name was Jessica. She was very thorough with the location of my unit, cost and helped with setting up my lock. Overall did a great job helping me with my first storage unit.
