First and foremost, I would like to thank Affordable Family Storage for allowing me to store my belongings with them. Not only are they highly secure. They also have the best customer service. Since day one of me being with them, Cindy (the store manager) has been magnificent!! She’s kind, genuine, caring and would go out her way to make sure that u have the best fit for you. If being understanding is an understatement….well it’s not when it comes to Cindy and Affordable Family Storage. I want the thank you all from the higher up, all the way down to Cindy. Cindy was awesome! She is extremely helpful and friendly- she is a great manager of the rental units. The units are very clean and have easy access. The follies/carts are always available and handy right by the doors. It was extremely nice to receive the discount on the first months rent $ very pleased!.

The website was really easy to rent a unit. We are using it for short term storage so a month to month lease really helps us out. The access code worked right away and the facility and our unit were both very clean. Great experience so far!.

Seth the manager or owner was absolutely AMAZING and understanding and very kind to me during a difficult time and a not so pleasant situation with a company hired to move my things. I would definitely recommend this place if you want your belongings to be safe and protected while being stored. They have security to ensure no one is able to steal or break.in to the facility or garages. They have staff on hand during the day to help with any additional needs and they keep the facility clean at all times and very well maintained to say the least. They clearly take pride in their business and you can tell that immediately..thank you again J street Green Acres for working with me and being so kind to me in a world where that seems rare these days..I truly appreciate you!.

The girls in the office made my already not so good situation a positive situation. Not only did they help me i’m findih The perfect size truck but they helped me pick the best size unit for me. They were very knowledgeable on the climate control vs traditional units and all the features they offer. Will definitely recommend!.

Had a unit for a year and five months. Staff very pleasant and accommodating, both in person and on the phone. Very clean units and grounds. No issues, weather tight and secure. Personal access code for automatic ingress and egress gates. They have a wide range in sizes and both with or, without climate control.
