From the moment I walked in the front door, the gentlemen at the North Haven facility have been nothing but kind, helpful and accommodating. They have gone out of their way to try to find the best solution for me, not just the most expensive solution. I'm treated like a human being who matters, not just a source of revenue. Honestly, I wish they ran an apartment complex, because I would absolutely rent from them.

Excellent customer service! Greg was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He guided me through the shift of a storage unit and quickly updated my online account which includes two other units. The facility is clean, easy to get around, secure and safe. Great prices! As retired military, I’ve used many storage facilities across the country and I highly recommend this facility in North Haven!
