Public Storage Downey

I am a first time Public Storage customer. My experience the minute I walked into the office door was unexpected. Nathaniel greeted me and my husband and was so informative, friendly and went above and beyond with impeccable customer service. I have to say Public Storage or any place should feel lucky to have employees who love what they do and its apparent. What a great experience.

Nathaniel was very helpful in the office this is my second experience with him and it has been A+ we need more customer service rep like him he’s very patient and don’t mind you asking questions over and over again Thank you Nathaniel.
