Unfortunately my storage was broken into a few days ago but Nathaniel and Denise have been super helpful. They have done so much more than to make sure that I feel secure that this situation won’t happen again by working with the police and changing my personal information. I was skeptical about staying here but the security that they have been giving me and the reassurance that my belongings will be safe have made me happy about staying.

Two times I incorrectly locked my storage and both times Nathanial called immediately to let me know he secured it with there which only could acess the combination. Very good, reliable customer service. I am grateful, glad I chose this place.

Christopher was great at explaining everything, great customer service skills and very informative. I’d recommend going to him for any questions or assistance.

Ever since the new management has came in. Kami and Greg Douglas. It has been a very nice experience. It's very apparent that these people go above and beyond when it comes to their Job Duty. They show that they care about the Property. It's very Clean. They do extra things during events to draw attention to the Storage unit. So that they can try and get more customers. To Increase Sales for the Company. It's a very warm atmosphere . They have a Great sense of ownership that they Display and have tried to Bring to the Company, I have seen Great experiences for and with the Customers. It's always nice to see Employees with great customer service. All the employees here have great standards. As well as a great sense of urgency.

Very professional younger couple that manage the facility are busy keeping the grounds in top condition. Prices are lower than other sites that our company has rented from in the past. No complaints whatsoever.

Great location and service! Staff is very welcoming. Property has multiple cameras so you feel safe leaving your items with their company.
