Needed a place where I could accept shipping from large trucks. Visited several places in north orange county and finally decided on Storage Outlet for my storage needs. Fair pricing, great location, great security, wide streets, and excellent communication. You don't need to go through a third party call center to communicate. Stella has been very easy to get a hold of and is very responsive with any questions I've had.
Great customer service! Set up my unit online and when i came it was the easiest process. Managers are extremely nice and very helpful. My unit was easy accessible with no issues. Very clean facility. I highly recommend.
