Public Storage Hampton

Place is awesome, my fees have jumped up but so has the price on everything in the world. There's this one property manager named Susan that really gives you that small town feeling of knowing you personally and is kind and takes well in on your interests as a person and really makes everything tolerable and convenient. I've had plenty of opportunities to move my belongings to a closer storage unit but I chose to stay where I'm at because of her attitude and outstanding customer service. I would recommend anyone to Public Storage here on Pembroke Ave.

Have had my unit for nearly a year and must say the property Susan is an amazing person. Everytime we've spoke shes been understanding and courteous and today she happened to call when I was sick and her tone immediately became so caring. If more people were like her the service industry would be so great. Thank you Susan for being you.

Thank you to the most wonderful beautiful person Mrs. Susan. Not only didn't you go on your lunch break to help me get an unit but you did it with perfect customer service. Such an amazing beautiful spirit.
