We called Atlantic after we woke up to a very hot house and noticing that our ac was not running. We were told that they could make a service call later that day. Not too long after, we received a call from technician Joe who said he was on his way. When he arrived I showed him where the ac equipment was located and he quickly diagnosed a clogged drain which triggered a float switch that shut the system down. He cleaned the drain, started the system and then checked out the rest of the system. Joe was very professional, explained everything completely and left everything clean and neat. We have become Atlantic customers.

Shawn was able to fix my issue, & quickly. Leaking outdoor faucet. He was able to repair the faucet without having to replace it. Which will need to be done in the future, but I didn’t want to have to cut into the drywall just yet. Will definitely call for any future issues!! Thank you.

Shawn repaired a leaky shower faucet. The price was half of the original estimate since he was able to do it without removing tile and cutting into the wall. I’ll be calling him for any future plumbing needs. Great service.

Shawn was out today to deal with a stubborn clog that caused both upstairs bathrooms to back up into each other. He spent hours here - snaking from every angle. He spent hours in the attic working to remove the clog in over 100 degree heat. The attic was even hotter. He refused to give up & we are back in working order.
