I had a great experience with Nicole (Nikki). She helped me with my lock and keys return. She had such a pleasant, warm supportive, and friendly demeanor. The conversation was easy. That was the most interaction I’ve ever had at a storage location. When you can feel like not being judged with a degree of social anxiety it’s calming. Thanks for you help Nikki.
