Herme the lady at the desk was extremely helpful. I had issues getting here on time one day because of work & traffic. She accommodated me by calling the owner and they let me come in for 15 minutes. I was able to unload all of my belongings and I didn’t have to backtrack home with a couch and a lotta other items. And they didn’t have to do that. She could’ve had her kid waiting at home for her or had something to do but she stayed late. Also, she was very thorough when she explained the policies. Showed me where my unit was because I couldn’t find it and she was patient with me while I went and bought a key. (by the way you need a round key). So the bonus was the first month was free. You just pay the application fee of $29.99. I just wanna add the places is very clean and well supervised camas everywhere and even though it’s not 24 hours I would recommend this storage facility.

First time renting a storage unit after this location was recommended to me. Chris helped me out on the first day and made the process easy and quick. Seems like the front office people care which makes me more comfortable.

Was there earlier in the week, Chris was who helped me. Answered all my questions and was overall very friendly. Great customer service, clean facility. Good job.
