Mikuni Japanese Restaurant and Sushi Bar (The Fountains)

This is my first time visiting the Mikuni sushi in the fountains. Overall, my group and myself had a wonderful experience. The restaurant was super clean, the service was great, and the food was delicious. I didn’t even know I liked raw fish until I ate this sushi. although I have had a lot of practice with cooked sushi. The presentation and the flavors were fantastic, and I think my favorite ward role was the Japanese mafia role. Great atmosphere and food for any time of day.

Consistent. High quality everything. I've been a customer since the first location on Hazel Blvd in Sacramento County. The Arai family values carry over to the care for their food and their community. It's a good experience all around knowing you're enjoying delicious, high quality food + knowing your money is well spent investing in your community and the hard working staff.

Chef Bryan at the sushi bar understood the assignment and executed perfectly when we requested a spicy roll with jalapeno and lemon. 10/10 would recommend.
