ETax has been doing our taxes for over 7 years now and I couldn’t be happier! They are extremely responsive to emails and patient with all the questions I’ve had. Mona really goes above and beyond for her customers. There have been multiple times I’ve asked her very simple, basic questions but she has always responded with respect, professionalism, and kindness !! I went to the eTax office in Corona the other day to do my taxes, and I was the first one in there. Mona Siddiqui was there to help me and she was magnificent. Explained things I had questions about and let me know that I could always reach out to her, or anyone from the other offices. Very friendly and a great person to have a chat with. Really glad I was able to have her help me.
