Jill was amazing. She was patient and helpful and did everything she could to assist with my situation. She explained everything clearly and spent the time to walk me through the process. She was friendly and genuinely cared about my tax situation. She truly went above and beyond.

I had my taxes done, they were complicated this year, and H&R Block had them done in a couple of hours. Mr.Kreider is very professional and even found a deduction I wasn't aware of. I highly recommend H&R Block, they really know their stuff and their fees are very fair.

The representative that help me was polite and she made it easy for me to get my taxes done.
