I've been a customer over 10yrs with JH and your rep Ms Evelyn is a awesome tax rep, and give excellent customer service for JH, I do wish that Jackson Hewitt would put up better covering around the cubicles to protect the privacy of customers and not have booth right under Walmart cameras which is not privacy of documents on desk.

Ms. Evelyn went out of her way to help me with my taxes . actually she has been doing my taxes for a few years and I would never dream of going to anyone else . She is such a a sweet Blessing
