We went to the JH on Jordan Lane NW, Huntsville, AL and LOVED the staff there. They were so, so friendly and patient. My husband normally uses HR Block, but I think they definitely won him over. Our tax pro was very patient and engaged in welcoming, friendly conversation with us during the visit rather than trying to rush us through the process.
The atmosphere in this office was very professional but not stuffy. I was confident that my tax preparer was knowledgeable and had my best interests in mind. I have used JH for a number of years because of prompt and efficient appointment scheduling and in store service. Getting my taxes done at JH is "easy breezy".
Very happy with our Tax prep. We were a little late for our appointment but Ms. Butler was still able to take us right in. Everything was easy yes/no questions. We were in and out in less than an hour.
