Jenna has worked with me on and off since my first escrow 3 years ago. The original purchase she was working on fell through (through no fault of mine or hers), but Jenna worked with me ongoingly when I started looking to purchase again. She has been so patient, explaining all of the options and details as the market has changed and through my own financial shifts. Purchasing a home, especially on your own as a single-mother, is a stressful thing, even if it is exciting! Jenna has made the whole process so much more manageable and clear. I would absolutely recommend her to anybody.

Jenna Stone is fabulous and while the loan depot is more $$ fees, Jenna has never given me a hard time with anything. She is always responsive and has always jumped through hoops to make sure I had the very thing I needed even on weekends. I have not had that luck with 4 other lenders that I can count. I bank with first with checking and savings and could not get them to even respond to me. 2 others who tried to help were very dismissive with my requests and vision for obtaining a loan. I have good credit, don't owe a pile of debt, and have a very stable job with tenure, so the risk is very limited, and it's almost like God was shutting doors. I have a great relationship with Jenna, and she always shows up and out.
