I found MJTTF and picked her because the reviews were exceptional. This naturally lead me to having very high expectations. I was not disappointed. I had initially scheduled with her a few weeks in advance, but when I showed up for the appointment was informed that Melinda had a passing in the family. Rather than tell me I was out of luck, or to come back in a few weeks she took all my documents and handled everything while she was out of the office. Melinda called me 4 days later to tell me my estimated return, and had my wife and I come in that same week to sign our return. Throughout the process I had a number of questions for her so that I could understand the process better, and she always did an exceptional job answering them, and being patient with my lack of knowledge on the subject. Melinda was left me so impressed that not only will I return to her next year, but even after moving out of Columbus, I will continue to send my taxes to her.
