I have had a wonderful experience with the entire Grow administrative team and my therapist. I called Grow not really knowing much about mental health support or therapy, but knew I had not been happy with life for a long, long time so I reached out to learn more. Their team fielded my call and got back to me very quickly to understand my challenges, goals and types of people I may work best with on their staff. Their knowledge of their clinicians and their styles was phenomenal! I was placed with a therapist they believed would be most impactful and most relatable for me based on my own life challenges, and I have not looked back since. My therapist has helped me better myself as a human being in how I look at my own life, and a more present parent as I navigate the challenges of parenting 4 children. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for help (who may not have considered therapy before) as they will treat you as you could only hope to be treated. I have heard horror stories about other practices, but have no complaints whatsoever. Their billing team has also been great with their responsiveness to best understand my benefits in managing my own expenses and that of my children.

Myself and family have received therapy and mental health services from a number of providers and other practices in Naperville. Dave, Eddie and McKenzie did an amazing job presenting about sports psychology to my Advanced Health classes at Neuqua Valley High School. They were punctual, professional, prepared, but most importantly, they were engaging. I can see why they have such a great reputation for the sports specific counseling services they provide.
