Mindset Family Therapy

I love my therapist who works here! Going to Mindset Family Therapy has been just what I needed when I needed it. I started out with having a family member join me during my sessions because that’s what Mindset Family Therapy focuses on, and having someone I love and trust being there brings a new pair of eyes and information that my therapist would not be able to get from only having my thoughts alone. I have grown a ton from being able to openly express what’s going on in my head in front of my family member in a collective supportive space. From day one, I’ve only felt welcomed and guided by my wonderful supportive therapist.

Tanya has been so effective in helping my daughter navigate her adhd and has given us both tools that have really improved our everyday lives as well as our relationship. We are so grateful for all we have learned and continue to learn.

I've been seeing Carrie Wendt here now for almost a year and I've been so happy with the office and her that I feel truly blessed to have found it. I was worried at first how therapy would be but it's been the best blessing in my life and I recommend it and Carrie to everyone I know that inquires about a great therapist. She's kind, real and so knowledgeable about different ways to help me, for which I'm grateful beyond measure. 10/10 recommend.
