ROGAN TAYLOR, DPT, PT - FYZICAL THERAPY & BALANCE CENTERS PROVO REVIEWS
They have a serious scheduling issue. I would often wait an hour, once even two, to be seen! I came in after a week long of hardly being able to move my neck. I had been laying awake in bed at night in pain for hours. After one visit, I finally had a good night's sleep and woke up feeling almost completely better!
The place to go for physical therapy. The staff is amazing; friendly, knowledgeable, interested in their patients and they provide the "why" behind what they are asking you to do. Highly recommend!
Friendly staff, good price, provided extra services than just exercises.

JUSTIN BROWN, DPT - BUSHNELL PHYSICAL THERAPY REVIEWS
I had a fantastic experience at Bushnell! I saw Justin each time, but I’m sure the others are just as competent. Justin took great care of me - I had pretty rough Achilles Tendonopathy, and as a marathon runner with races coming up, he was very respectful of my goals, and worked with me to get healed as quickly as possible. He also was realistic and didn’t make promises he couldn’t keep. But I could tell he was really on my side. The dry needling therapy worked wonders, and the massaging, scraping, & electrical stimulation helped a lot too. A very sweet staff, & scheduling is also super easy and convenient. Very happy with my few visits here! I highly recommend you check them out!
I have a torn and retracted rotator cuff, a tear in my bicep tendon and arthritis, all in my right shoulder. The surgeon I met with discouraged surgery because it would limit my range of motion due to severity of damage to the rotator cuff and my age. His recommendation was physical therapy to train the muscles in my shoulder to help compensate for the lack of a working rotator cuff. Before I started PT the range of motion in my shoulder was very limited because of the sharp pain with certain motions. The chronic pain level was constantly at a level 4 or 5 and the pain level of certain motions was 8 or 9. I've been visiting Bushnell PT for three weeks now and the chronic pain level is maybe a 1. I now have full range of motion and the pain level with certain motions might hit 3 on a bad day. I am so thankful for the thoughtful approach Braiden has taken to get me back on track to leading a pain free life. These guys know what they're doing. The entire staff is very pleasant and respectful.
I have seen a lot of physical therapists and so far Justin has been my favorite. Great guy and helped me a lot with my neck pain. The staff is awesome as well.

DR. JAMES REICHMAN, DPT - REICHMAN TRUHEALTH CHRONIC PAIN & SPINE PHYSICAL THERAPY REVIEWS
James and his staff are the home-skillet G’s. You know what I’m sayin’? Here’s the thing, the only “poor” experiences I had were with other older patients who felt like the front door to my personal life was wide open with a flashing LED arrow inviting them inside. But those are just laughs at this point. YOU SHOULD COME HERE: Because James and his staff are respectful and give you their honest opinion on your symptoms, and James explains his philosophy behind every thing he does. He also rivals conversationalism with my hair stylist (no offense, Steve-O). BUT MOST OF ALL: James healed an injury of mine that I thought would never be healed when all the doctors were forecasting surgery and I’d be excited for and look forward to my appointments with a guy who genuinely cared about me and wanted me to be pain free.
Very knowledgeable physical therapist who will spend time to work with you to identify problems and recommend the best treatment for your needs. Thorough explanation of treatment plan, and very hands-on approach. Highly recommend.
After ankle surgery I needed help managing pain and getting mobility back. James has helped with both. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. I am better after every visit. Great location, great staff. I look forward to my appointments.
