I would like to start out by saying if you're concerned about if the therapy is worth the cost, I can assure you this is the right place to go. Last year I lost my parents, my job, I was long-term single, and trying to cope with a substance addicted sibling. Claudette helped me process my trauma from these events and other past events. I wouldn't say my trauma is relieved just yet as we are still undergoing a treatment program, however I can now talk about my parents without crying, I am in a healthy relationship and I landed a incredible new career when I couldn't even get out of bed 5 months ago. Claudette also helps me with day -to-day life guidance on things I didn't realize were impacted by my trauma; I thought they were just harmful traits I was inherently stuck with. The EMDR therapy was very effective and I joke with Claudette saying it's "witchcraft" she does because I'm still stunned at how she helped me through pain I never thought could get easier. Thank you for everything.
