Strategies for Success

Tsahai Dias is the best. I started at SFS in a true state of SOS. Enough cannot be said for how low I truly was. We came up with a plan, meet weekly (and even a few emails before or after meeting), My needs were exceeding the ability of the Chandler site as they were not offering an IOP yet. Tsahai helped me to find a place that was close, took my insurance, and that she worked with me hand-in-hand with them. She empowered me with the tools and meditation techniques to find balance. The office staff also has been phenomenal! Without all these amazing people, Tsahai at the front of the list, I wouldn't be where I am today. I am back at work and feel empowered with the tools and support system to stay strong. Thanks Tsahai.

Tsahai Dias is heaven sent. In these last 2 months with tsahai I have gained more knowledge about myself and my emotions than I did at a residential treatment center in Utah. Tsahai pays close attention to detail and truly takes in to account the humanity of her patients. She truly makes me feel like I am not my disorder, matter of fact I can be whoever I want because I’m capable, deserving, and I have the knowledge to pick myself back up if I slip. Thankyou tsahai.

I have been seeing Tsahai for a couple of years now. I’m 65, I have had a few therapist over the years but never anyone that showed the compassion and caring that Tsahai shows. I would say she goes above and beyond and recommend her highly.
