I use to go to this place when it was Reid Famiky Care, they had awesome service, now it's under new Owner and Management, and customer service is still there. Love excellent service, front desk Mary has patience and explains every. Kudos to everyone that took care of me on 3/19/25. Highly recommend Desert Family Eye Care.

Staff were welcoming and helped me feel comfortable right away. The reception area and exam rooms were clean and seemed well organized. Every staff person I encountered was friendly and helpful. Dr. Whipple was pleasant to work with and explained things well.

Dr. Wagner and his staff are very good and courteous. Dr. Wagner explains everything regarding your eyes after the examination. I once had to go for a re-examination because my new prescription did not feel right and they did a re-examination and gave a newer prescription at no extra charge. Great customer service.

I really appreciated the time the doctor, technician, and the optician took to help me. They were professional and friendly. They all have great bedside manner. I moved here about a year ago, and they made the transition finding an optometrist easy.

Dr. Wagner is one of my favorite doctors. His bedside manner is so great, he is so detailed and has so much patience. I would trust anyone else with my eyes.

I have been going here for years, and I've never had a problem. Dr. Keiser is amazing and always remembers me, even though I only really come in annually. She's thorough, attentive, and always explains everything so there's no guesswork. And while other offices might have great doctors but less than great staff, this place has the full package! SUPER friendly staff, always accommodating, easy to get appointments, fast to respond to messages, and incredibly warm and welcoming. Special shout-out to Arianna, though. She has the patience of a saint, and helped me for over an hour today when I had a problem with my glasses. She was an excellent sounding board, worked tirelessly to resolve my problem, and made sure to explore all of my options. I cannot thank her enough for her time and guidance. I left today with a solution and a huge weight off my shoulders. Treatment like this is why I will never leave. I know I will always get what I need, and if anything happens, I know they will support me. Could not be happier.

My husband and I have just purchased glasses and sunglasses and could not be happier elsewhere. Dr Keiser is an awesome Optometrist and the staff do everything they can to make you comfortable and happy with your purchase. I love the choices of frames and have been very pleased with the service.

I have been to Chandler Eye Care for about three years. Dr. Giles is the best. I have been fotunste working with Carlie for my eye glasses. All of the staff work hard meeting your needs! Thanks to everyone there.
