Great people . I've needed a couple tows and Big Valley was fast to show up both times. Elvis was the best and delivered my car with great care. I appreciate the haste, who wants to be stranded? They are my go to tow company from now on.

Yesterday, during our journey back to SoCal from Vegas, we encountered an unexpected challenge: a sidewall puncture that left our tire flat around mile marker 10 on the desolate stretch of the 15. Despite my flustered state, she patiently guided me through the process, reassuring me that Big Valley Tow would swiftly ensure our safety by removing us from the freeway. Charlotte's calming demeanor, though unbeknownst to her, made an immense difference, transforming my panic into a sense of calm within mere moments. When driver Shaun arrived, he meticulously assessed the situation and presented me with several options, despite it being a Sunday and our car lacking a spare tire. In light of this experience, I am compelled to express my deepest gratitude to Big Valley Tow. Thank you for your prompt response, unwavering support, and genuine care during a time of need.
