Even if you have Road Hazard Protection, just call Rick's Towing & Recovery directly. (We requested our insurance carrier for the reimbursement.) Save yourself time, money and a ton of hassle by calling Rick's Towing yourself. Our insurance company had a roster of scam tow companies all out of state. One offshore agent claimed she was local but couldn't spell any streets, the wait was 3 hours and the quote was more than double the cost of Rick's. So, we called Rick's Towing ourselves and received honest service and fair pricing with a reasonable wait time. Highly recommend.

Rick is probably one of the nicest people I’ve spoken to over the phone in a a very long time. I was trying to help a friend who was in an accident and needed a tow truck, it was just after 6:00 pm and you could tell it was busy, and that it had been a long day!
