Great experience. I brought in a super snug wool cover for my b&b Italia sofa. I couldn't find any shops in LA to do the work, but Bob's agreed without batting an eye. He did a great job, it fits beautifully and looks great. Easily exceeded my expectations and the price was quite reasonable. Moreover, the service was timely and everyone was super nice. Thanks!

Pricey but worth EVERY penny. My 18-year-old Lazy Boy recliner is nicer now than when I purchased it. Mechanism reworked, wood sanded down and clear coated (as requested), cushions very nice. I'd go back in a heartbeat.
