I had virtually no wait time at my last visit. Every staff member was pleasant and professional. Dr. Bandaranaike was thorough and efficient in his diagnosis. He was also very patient with me, regarding instructions regarding my treatment. He wrote down specific recommendations so I was able to understand the follow up needed. My RX was sent to my pharmacy electronically, enabling me to pick up the medications without a long wait period. I highly recommend In And Out Express Care.

The staff at In and Out Express are professional, friendly and thoughtful. Starting with Shawn, who answered my questions on the phone and at the reception desk, to Angela who took my vital signs. She was very personable and considerate of my visit's concerns. Then there was Jessica, the PA. She was patient and explained the recommended treatment and ensured I understood all of what I needed to do next. Thanks to you all.

Arrived first thing in the morning after falling and cutting my hand. I needed a wound on my hand cleaned and stitched. The staff were polite, funny, helpful, and skilled.
